All the prices shown exclude Australia GST. Richland Group Ltd is not Australia GST registered company.

6. Do I need to pay taxes if shipping to Australia?

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.

7.What is 7 days no questions asked Return policy?

We offer 7 days no questions asked return service. Returns must be in original, new, resalable condition. Any item returned in used condition or abused in any way, will not be accepted.

The cost and responsibility of returning the goods to us safely will be borne by you. Please notice that the shipping fees paid to us while you purchasing the goods is not rerefundable. Please send the goods back to us via recorded or courier delivery, securely packaged to avoid any transit damage. Please check our return policy find more detailed information.

The customer can return the product within 7 days from the date of receiving the product with no questions asked. The customer will pay the return freight.  Please send email to richland@gmail.com to notify the return. The returning address will be then sent to you.

8.What guarantees and warranties are there?  

We offer twelve (12) months warranty on parts from the date of purchase.    This warranty service will not apply:

  • If the product has not been installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and recommendations contained in the operating instructions provided with the product.
  • If the product has been used in a manner other than for which it was originally designed. 

9.What will we do if there is faulty parts?
        
Contact Richland Group Ltd by email (richlandnz@gmail.com) to report the faulty product. Enclose a copy of your purchase receipt as proof of date of purchase, or provide the online order number and date. Please send the photos of all faulty parts by email. Please read Retuen policy for more detailed information.

10. How long does it take to deliver the product?

The delivery takes 3 to 6 working days to most places of Australia.

11.How to install the product?

Our products are packed in boxes and easy to assemble. Richland Group Ltd is not responding for installation. All the products come with an
Assembly Instruction in the box. If you cannot find it, please contact us and we will send you one by email. Friendly reminder: never touch the small pressurized tach on  bottom of gas lift. Always use a rubber hammer to disassemble parts and question us any time when you need help.

12. How do I make changes to my order?

If you need to change the color or style of an item on your order, which has been sent to us, please contact us or send an email to
richlandnz@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can try our best to replace you order if the goods are not delivered then.

15. More information about kneeling chair

Kneeling chair promotes good posture and is made to strengthen the lower back muscles and help spinal alignment and support. Medical professionals around the world have recommended Kneeling chairs to pregnant ladies, long hour computer workers. Sitting comfortably without pressure on your back, kneeling chair helps you to sit up straight. By easing the hips forward, it encourages an upright posture, aligning the back, shoulder and neck.

There are four ways one can sit in an ergonomic kneeling chair; facing forward with your knees under you and your weight on your hips (essentially balancing on your hips without actually placing weight on the knees), facing forward with your knees in front of you (as you would sit on a stool), kneeling chair turned facing backwards and again sitting as you would on a stool, or actually sitting with your weight on your knees and shins on the bottom pad and your hips resting on the top pad.
