Online Ordreing Information
Being an Internet based business; we prefer orders to be placed online. This helps us to process and deliver your order swiftly. All products have clear color pictures and descriptive details to enable you see exactly what you are buying, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have any further questions about a potential purchase, please e-mail or send a fax to us.Our shopping cart and e-commerce system is professional, secure and easy-to-use. There is clear guidance all the way from your initial item selection, through to checkout and payment processing. Each product has an Add to Cart button next to it and the Quantity is changeable within the cart itself before you continue to payment processing. This is where you need to enter your name, billing and delivery address and select a payment method.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, Cheque.
Please make Cheque payable to Richland Group Ltd covering the full product cost, including the correct postage. If the cheque amount is short, it will be returned to you unprocessed. We must advise you that you will have to wait 3-5 days for cheque to clear before your product can be dispatched, so instead, for hassle free shopping why not – Just Pay Online instead! Credit Card Authorisation Failures
The most common explanation for this error, is that you accidentally typed the card details incorrectly. If this happens, simply click the "Back" button on your Internet browser (generally top left) and you will be returned to the "payment processing" page to try again.
If authorisation fails again and you are positive the details are correct, first check your VALID TO & EXPIRY dates shown on the front of your card. You could also call your card provider to ask why it was not authorised.
Our order-processing department will receive your "failed order" anyway and may then contact you to arrange an alternative payment method, if you still wish to proceed.
Other possibilities for ordering problems may be; that your Internet Browser or your personal / company firewall does not support / allow "SSL Encryption" / Secure connections. If not, your computer's settings need to be adjusted. Also check to make sure you have "allowed cookies" under Tools / Options / Privacy in your Internet Browser. Otherwise contact us and we will try to progress the order for you.
Soon after you have placed your order online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation (provided the e-mail address you have given us is valid). If you wish to alter any information or correct a mistake, please e-mail email@example.com with your Order Number.

Please note: To keep our overheads low and therefore be able to pass on better prices and savings to you, the customer, we do not run a call center as such, so we regret we cannot give you specific advice as to whether you should or should not buy certain products. However, we will answer any questions you may have about the products we sell if you have questions that need to be answered before making a purchase.
